Integrate FeedbackFlow with Jira to create and manage issues directly from your feedback.

How to set up the Jira integration

To set up the Jira integration, follow these steps:

1. Go to the FeedbackFlow dashboard and select the flow you want to enable it for.
2. Click on the Integrations tab and click on Connect on the Jira card.
3. You will be redirected to the Jira authentication page. Log in to your Jira account and authorize FeedbackFlow to access your Jira account.
4. Once you have authorized FeedbackFlow, you will be redirected back to the Jira integations settings.
5. Select the Jira project you want to connect to and click on the Select button.
6. Choose the issue types for a suggestion and a bug report.
7. Click on the Save button to save your settings.

If you have added new issue types or labels to your Jira project, you can refresh the integration settings by clicking on the Refresh button.

Assigning labels

We will automatically analyze the feedback sent in by the user and use AI to assign labels to the issue in Jira.
